With the attention span of a knat and the drive of a bull, Brady has mastered the art of doing a lot with a little at mach 1 speed. Personal interests? Everything! Business interests? Anything! Personal motto? Life is short, go Balz out! Brady fell in love with Internet marketing in 1997 and launched his first Internet startup in 1999, which evolved into the company he eventually sold to KowaBunga (AMEX: KOW) in 2006. After a 2 year career working for "the man", and following a 1 year non-compete (through July 2009), guess who's back, back again? Brady's back, tell some friends!

Ryan "Rhyno" Bouche
Chief Technical Officer
Ryan Bouche has worked in internet programming for 8 years developing digital media delivery and video streaming sites, API's, SEO, affiliate management programs, and interactive social media communities. At the same time, he's managed to stay away from wiki's, webtv, and iAnythings. Yeah, he knows plenty of great buzzwords. Ryan's real talent lies in taking those buzzwords and turning them into the 1's and 0's that make them work. He is also fluent in Japanese. Before coming to Healthy Payout, Ryan co-founded RDC Dynamics to develop websites on contract, including a jumbo-tron advertisement delivery portal for Coca Cola. Ryan has specialized in PHP and MySQL, and graphic design in Photoshop and Flash.
Matt "Duke" Anderson
Creative Director
As one of the younger chaps in the HealthyPayout crew, Matt oversees all the creative work that is produced in-house... and MAKES sure it is done so with a "bit-o-flare". However, looks aren't his only concern in the matter. He believes strongly that an item (no matter what it be... excluding You Tube videos) that is branded well will sell. No matter what. This philosophy has pushed him to BFE and back so many times he's lost count. Nevertheless, he still obsesses over everything creative and then some. Matt's background involves nearly 7 years of outstanding freelance/agency creative work which covers an array of media from print, web, interactive space, identity, and packaging production. Working across multiple channels has enabled him to evolve into an efficient machine of superior design (EMSD)... or so he likes to think. Regardless, he still loves doing it and savors every day rockin' with the crew here.
Landon "LT" Taylor
Director of Sales
Landon knows its great to be part of the HealthyPayout team. If you know him, you know that. His background stems from years of sales experience and interfacing directly with customers and clients. He values hard work, accountability, and follows through with extreme efficiently and enjoys working with people who share those same values. In his mind, success can be found in every situation as long as the working parts, or individuals, can efficiently operate. Landon believes that If you have fun while working, you'll become the most efficient at the work you do. He looks forward to making money with you!
Chris "Evil Wookie" Wren
Director of Technology
Chris serves as the Director of Technology for the Healthy Payout team, he has been in the industry for over 4 years. He started working with iLead Media shortly after they were bought by Think Partnership. Although hired originally for IT, Chris was asked to take on and learn about Data Management. He's been serving in that role since March. In the past Chris served in the US Army as an infantryman and did a tour in Iraq. He also served an LDS mission to New Zealand and has been working as a high school football coach in Highland, Utah.
Devin "Doogie Hauser" Stockwell
Lead Developer
Devin's primary role as Lead Developer is to ensure coding is current, secure, and stable. His secondary responsibilities include server and network configuration/administration. Devin joined HealthyPayout in July of 2008 where he developed, and currently maintains, the "core code" which is used in almost all of HealthyPayout's websites and tools. His previous experience includes working with PGP, Xactware, Intuit, Network Associates, Inc. and NTT/Verio working in various positions such as a Web Developer, Quality Assurance Coordinator, Systems Administrator and CSR Administrator. Devin has also served as an integral part of Coca-Cola's media content delivery system.
Mike "MC Hammer" Wren
Affiliate Manager
Mike grew up in Heber City, Utah. During high school he was a member of The Future Business Leaders of America and was selected to attend a weekend Rotary Youth Leadership conference. After graduating high school, Mike took one semester of college at UVSC before spending two years in Alaska doing service for his church. When he returned, he continued his education at Utah Valley University. Currently Mike is finishing his education in Business Marketing and gaining an incredible amount of knowledge and experience working in the internet marketing industry with HealthyPayout.
Tyler "Dogs and Me" Whittingham

We're fortunate to have the inside track on dozens of great Tyler stories. A favorite is when at the age of 4, Ty was doing his part to save water by finding a bush in the back yard. His mom immediately corrected the act, telling him "Tyler, only DOGS do that". His response? "Dogs and ME!". He's never been afraid to stand up for what he believes in, and we're all proud of him for it. After a successful start in the industry working for OfferWeb, Ty decided to put his career on "part time" mode in order to pursue his dream of playing football for the University of Utah this fall. HealthyPayout.com is lucky enough to have whatever extra hours Tyler can give back to the Industry when he isn't needed on the field, and we expect to have him as a full time member of our crew for many years to come! After too many disappointments in the amateur body building field, Jake enthusiastically went into customer service. "I felt my love of people and ability to deal with any situation would fit perfectly with helping those in need of assistance", quotes a caring new chisel chest. As Director of Service & Fulfillment, Jake has the opportunity to help our customers understand our products and get them excited for the services we provide. He takes the time to get to know our customers in order to give them the service they need and deserve. Jake hopes to create a lasting relationship with each and every customer.
Dani "Coop" Cooper
Office Manager
Dani loves concerts, Costa Vida, and American Idol. She has a gigantic collection of lotion and lip gloss... larger than most. And even though she's a very girly girl, she also is a huge football fan. In fact, rumors say she plans on naming her first son Bronco in honor of her three favorite teams. She listens to Christmas music year-round and celebrates the 25th of each month by watching Elf. Oh yah, she's germaphobic and one of her favorite pastimes is sanitizing everything around her. In other words, don't be offended if she busts out the hand sanitizer/Clorox wipes/Lysol if you touch something of hers, that's just the way she is. Other than that, she's a pretty easy-going, happy person :)
